Celtic Sea Whitewater
A perfect sunny day with an effervescent, incoming tide, waves peaking and rolling over turning into whitewater. The Celtic Sea holds a mesmerising stance along the North Devon & North Cornish coast, I love to watch waves for endless time.
The composition is captured on a round canvas, I felt the curved edge reflected the repetitive shapes that waves form, as well as the feeling of peering through a porthole, so your gaze focuses within a hypnotising circumference.
